  Tried 5 times with the CVS employee at the front counter to receive money sent by a family member which I needed immediately for a bill due today. Each time we received an error message saying that the name was "invalid". When I asked MoneyGram on their call-line what the deal was, since all my identification was verified multiple times, the best they could come up with was "There's nothing we can do since there's a system issue with CVS specifically and the next closest location is at Walmart"
  I'm sorry but that's not acceptable. Not only was their explanation vague and unsympathetic but it is an extreme inconvenience since I'm not driving. I had to walk 30 minutes to this CVS only to be told I'd need to walk miles and miles away and risk having the same error message come up. I am never going to use their service again.
  It doesn't make sense to pay to send funds to someone and not be 100% sure they'll be able to retrieve them.
